After producing the first season of The Girl from Carolina, which ended on a cliffhanger of perpetually buzzed Ferrari Thunderbird Taylor going to rehab, we decided to produce the second season more as a feature film as opposed to 10 standalone mysteries.
After taking the film to several festivals in the Southeast and winning best feature at the South Carolina Underground Film Festival, we released the second season on YouTube in 10 parts. You can watch the continuing adventures of Ferrari Thunderbird Taylor here, and learn more about its production.
For my part, I wore a ton of hats on this micro-budget feature produced over two weeks in the blazing hot South Carolina sun in August, 2015.
