I worked for A. Smith & Co. as a story producer in post on the College-themed spinoff of Team Ninja Warrior, which aired on Esquire Network in fall of 2016. Instead of featuring athletes commonly seen on American Ninja Warrior and Team Ninja Warrior, this show featured college students competing on behalf of their schools. Read about it here on ESPN!
Responsibilities:
- Wrote and worked with editors to shape races and competitor profile packages.
- Directed competitors remotely to shoot B-roll for use in packages.
- Responsible for clearing contestant media, and incidental appearances or materials.
- Worked with editors to address internal and network notes.
