The Comment Section was a weekly half-hour topical comedy show that aired on E! and was produced by Wilshire Studios. I worked as a production coordinator on the first season.
Main responsibilities:
- Worked with the production manager to prepare and distribute call sheets and schedules for weekly studio shoots.
- Managed onboarding process for new hires across all production departments, including talent. Manage AFTRA signatory requirements including time cards and cast reports.
- Communicated across production departments during shoots to keep production on schedule, reassigning PAs and providing support as needed.
- Coordinated arrival and dismissal of audience members for studio shoots.
- Prepared P-Card reports.
